He was able to answer all of my questions like a Pro (probably because he is a very knowledgeable professional) and I can review the company now, because after the first tests of the water system, the results were exactly as predicted!
I called at 745am asking if possible to have my drains snaked today, Andrea was wonderful, she asked if she could call back in a few to make sure, she was able to fulfill my needs. Received a call back with " We will be there at 945. ". Done deal. Thank you Steve, Andrea and Randy!
