In 1923, we opened our 1705 W. Lewis location in Mission Hills, where we are still headquartered today. Luther Powers left the shop to his son Calvin Powers and from there the employees of the shop carried on this legacy. In 1969, we incorporated as L B Powers & Son Plumbing Co. Inc. We've been known as Mission Hills Plumbing and now refer to ourselves as Powers Plumbing.

For the past 100 years, Powers has been synonymous with plumbing, but don't forget that we can help with your gravity type heater repairs too. Gravity systems are the old style floor furnaces and wall heaters that do not use a blower motor but just rely upon heat rising to heat the area. These systems are common along the coast.
