Made reservation traveling with a 26 fort uhaul truck from Florida. Needed 2 units due to the amount of items we had. Woman called to co firm I would check in Friday arrived at 930 to a locked door. Cakes 7 times and no answer, leaving 2 messages. Completely stranded with my home items in the Uhaul. Called again today, no answer. Absolutely disgusting service

Worst customer service ever, dont go there, no answers, they tell you are going to be in a specific hour in their office and is a lie. They dont return your phone calls either.

Easily the worst experience I've ever had with such a facility, and I've rented storage units across the country. The unit was okay, but this misogynistic creep of a guy was inconceivably rude, seemed to feel zero obligation to offer even a modicum of customer service.

It's clean, well-built, the locks work, and it's fenced in. Drawback: Managers are a little difficult to contact because this is a side business for them. Good folks, though.
