Most of my things have molded. Yellow mold, white mold and black mold. It was disgusting and I'm devastated that so many of my things were ruined. Dont store your stuff here.

WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMER'S LIKE THEY ARE CHILDREN. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT. DO NOT USE. I do believe they are racially biased to ppl that are non white based on my dealings with them.

Their units are two feet shorter than advertised and they will not pro-rate you the difference, but they are more than happy to take your money.

7 good years and following this I regret giving them a cent.... My business rented a storage unit for about 7-8 years (Over $16k in rent!). Because I bought a larger building I no longer had a need for this space. We where scheduled to be out Nov 31 and we had 99.9% of our stuff out. The other .01 % we picked up the following morning at 8am and took it to Goodwill. On Dec 1, we where told that we where auto charged another $200 for the complete month because their video cameras filmed us leaving that day.

I love the 24 hour access and the 24 hour kiosk that you can use to pay and/or rent a new unit. Great customer service, good prices. Secure.
