Century Custom Homes builds under 10 homes a year with a primary focusof building on acre age properties in Denton County, Texas.
Build on Your Lot

About half of our projects are on lots and land already owned by the customer. We can also build on your established neighborhood lot or help you locate and negotiate a lot owned by a third party. We have built many homes for out of town and out of state customers. We can work with you directly or with your relocation agent to help identify the ideal part of town for you and provide insider feedback on the best areas to live in.
Process

In our initial meeting, we will discuss what you are looking for and arrange a time to meet with our plan designer. We can also work with your existing plan or one from our library. We start with a nice list of standard features and add any additional features that you choose. Arrange a meeting with Bobby Blagg to determine the best home loan product for your family.
