We highly recommend her company whether you want to build your dream home or renovate your existing home. She will walk you through every step and keep you updated along the way. And whats even better is that if we need any assistance or have any questions, she has always been extremely responsive and helpful. Her support goes beyond the sale/closing. We feel we made a friend for life.

Lee Properties has been building and renovating the most amazing homes for over 30 years. The attention to detail is everything you could want. Lee is very professional, always meets a deadline and the value of her finished product far out weighs her competitors. We have worked with her in numerous projects over the years and have seen many of her other projects. They are always top quality and finished out to perfection. We definitely recommend Lee Properties for new builds, large renovations or even a quick remodel.

Lee was my contractor and confidant for a major renovation of my home. It was a significant renovation which involved tearing out my entire kitchen and both bathrooms, moving walls, taking out a fireplace and replacing it with sliding glass doors, enlarging in the front door, and adding a lot of new light openings and light fixtures. Her execution, communication, and vision were flawless and I couldnt be more pleased with my home which now frankly a showpiece. Would hire Lee again in a minute!

Lee Martin at d"Lee Properties built our new custom home which we have now been in for 18 months. Lee worked with us from conception to design to build. During the build, we were very impressed with the quality of her sub-contractors and their level of skill and pride in their work. Lee coached us through the build, helped us with ideas and made sure our home was built with quality throughout. After the build, she was very responsive to any issues, touch-ups and questions. We highly recommend Lee and d'Lee Properties to build your home!

I highly recommend Lee Martin to remodel your kitchen, master bath, add on or do a tear down and rebuild, as she did for us. She is there working with you from beginning to end. She really listens to what you want and creates as smooth of a process as possible. She works within your budget and is a great communicator through the entire process. She has an amazing group of contractors that she works with daily. Her design talents help with pulling all the pieces together to achieve a beautiful home inside and out. She helped us build our forever home and we couldnt be happier!
