Mom has a double kitchen sink and it would fill and not drain on either side. Called and spoke with Charlie at 7:45 am and he said we will be there between 9 and 11 that day. Received phone call at 10:45 from Tyler saying he was coming and was a bit behind, when he arrived we told him the problem and things we had done before calling. Tyler went to work and writhing 30 minutes he had the sink fixed.

A very positive experience with Top Dog Sewer and Drain. Charlie the owner was responsive and extremely helpful, he promptly returned my call from a post I made through an online home service contact. I made an appointment to align with our needs, which turned out to be the very next day. This was not an emergency, but if it was, I could have reserved a same day service. Tyler the technician who made the trip to our home was excellent. He even called to inform me of his exact arrival time approximately one hour before the scheduled visit. Our issue was a partially clogged foundation/french drain

Charlie was fast and efficient after we had a horrible and expensive experience with another sewer company in the area. We have an old sewage pump that was backing up that was unfamiliar to most servicers, but he was able to quickly install a check valve and solve our issue. He was very friendly and prompt! We will be using him if we ever have issues with our sewer in the future and cannot recommend him enough!

I had a severe root blockage in my main drain and I had the pleasure of having Tyler come out and fix a problem other companies told me they couldnt do, through great knowledge and a great work ethic he was able to clear the pipe better than I had ever seen it and will never use anybody else other than top dog and hopefully Tyler again with any other issue that arise

I woke up to a bathroom backup from tree roots stuck in the pipes. This happens approximately every 3 years. I called Top Dog and not only did Charlie calm me down from feeling like I wanted to jump off a cliff but sent over Tyler who was professional and quickly handled the problems with ease. Top Dog is my new forever plumber. Thanks guys for all your help today. You are the best!.

I called Top Dog Sewer & Drains this morning and spoke with Charlie. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule and in less than a half hour he was on site! He was able to unclog the toilet which had a pair of glasses that were stuck in there from the prior tenant. Charlie was great! He cleaned up thoroughly and left the bathroom spotless. Thanks to Top Dog Sewer and Drains, our new tenant has a working toilet when they return later today.
