Matt was awesome ! He was on time, professional and his work ethic spoke for itself. He took the time to explain the problem in great detail and showed nothing but patience and enthusiasm in answering any questions we had. I hope his employer recognizes how valuable he is. From start to finish, we were very satisfied with our entire experience. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, respectfulness, and genuine decency I was treated to by Matt and his colleague-in-training Kamren (not a misspelling :-) ) Not only was LHR the first plumbing company to respond to our call, but they were on time, friendly, and went above and beyond what I expected.
