At this point it feels like I have had Chapman work on everything in my house except the pipes themselves. I mention this because over the last 18 months I have had them replace 2 Furnances, 2 AC units, 1 Water heater and help to diagnose a leak and fix the issue (toilet flange that settled and opened up a gap in the floor). I have gone back to Chapman Brothers time after time because they are professional, their office staff is friendly and informative and their plumbers are personable, thorough and do high quality work. There are probably companies that you can get to do a cheaper job of it

Service call was yesterday. Tech was extremely knowledgeable. He was concerned about oil in ac overflow pan, good news is it must have been from old system so no extra charge there. I also thought I needed to reinstall a toilet because it was loose on the floor. Tech told me he could do it, but really all I needed was to shim it and caulk it. This was easy so I said I would do it myself. It is rare to find a company that is so honest and trustworthy. They are not looking to just make extra money by tacking on jobs. Today I called Chapman to install a Flo by Moen web enabled leak detector, their
