Tile & Grout Cleaning
Our professional tile and grout cleaning service removes deep-seated dirt and contaminants using commercial-grade equipment. The process restores appearance while improving indoor air quality by eliminating allergens and bacteria trapped in porous surfaces. Technicians apply specialized cleaning solutions that break down grime without damaging materials.
Carpet Cleaning
Hot water extraction method removes embedded pollutants and allergens from carpets while preserving manufacturer warranties. The three-step process includes pre-vacuuming, emulsifier application, and high-powered extraction that dries 60-70% faster than conventional methods using eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
Countertop Cleaning
Specialized granite and stone countertop cleaning penetrates porous surfaces to remove buildup while maintaining protective seals. The service combines green-certified solutions with professional equipment to restore luster and extend surface lifespan without using abrasive household cleaners.
Grout Sealing
Professional grout sealing creates protective barriers against stains and bacteria growth. Clear or color seal options maintain appearance while providing different protection levels, with color sealing offering waterproof capabilities that allow easy cleanup of spills without permanent staining.
Upholstery Cleaning
Deep upholstery cleaning removes embedded contaminants and extends furniture lifespan using truck-mounted extraction systems. The process addresses both visible stains and hidden pollutants that regular spot cleaning cannot reach, maintaining fabric integrity while improving indoor air quality.
