Carpet Cleaning

Our carpet cleaning service uses advanced steam extraction to remove deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains. We employ eco-friendly solutions and a 3-step process to restore carpets to like-new condition while extending their lifespan. Trained technicians ensure minimal disruption and fast drying times for residential and commercial clients.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Specialized tile and grout cleaning utilizes high-pressure steam and pH-neutral cleaners to eliminate grime, calcium buildup, and discoloration. Our 4-step process includes sealing grout lines to protect against future stains, ensuring durable, hygienic surfaces for kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces.

Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery cleaning revitalizes furniture with hot water extraction, removing dirt, pet dander, and allergens. We use non-toxic products safe for families and pets, followed by an optional protective treatment to resist stains and prolong fabric durability for sofas, chairs, and office seating.

Emergency Water Extraction

24/7 water extraction services address flooding, leaks, or storm damage using industrial equipment to remove standing water and dry affected areas. Rapid response minimizes structural harm and mold risks, restoring safety and functionality to homes and businesses.

Mattress Cleaning

Mattress cleaning targets dust mites, allergens, and stains with non-toxic treatments. The process improves sleep quality by reducing irritants, followed by deodorization and sanitization to maintain hygiene and extend mattress life for allergy sufferers and families.

I would highly recommend Spalding Carpet Cleaners. They went out of their way to fit me into their very tight schedule. Charlie called me from our vacation rental and went through everything he would be doing step by step and called me afterwards to confirm he was finished. He was so nice and friendly. I will be using them again!!!!

We just bought a home on FMB and the house was less than clean when we took over. Our main concern was the tile and grout which looked so bad that we assumed one day the tile would need to be replaced. Since this house will be an occasional rental, our rental agency, Coastal Vacation Properties, found Spalding for us and hired them. We cannot believe the transformation of this 18 year old tile! The color went from yellow tile and filthy grout to as new condition. If you have tile that needs help, we highly recommend Spalding. Thanks for a great job!
