The Yard Guy began as a leap of faith for the Mariner family back in 1996. They owned and ran the business until the last couple of years when the Grate family took over the Ocean Pines route and Hank Mullins took over the other part of the business. The Yard Guy and The Yard Guy of Ocean Pines are operating out of the business that the Mariner family built up and are expanding upon that.

We can handle most any size job including housing developments for home owners associations, rental homes, condos, apartment buildings and retail locations. We specialize in athletic fields for schools and sports clubs and also offer irrigation maintenance.
