Report
Richard talks and talks but never follows through. After more than 16 months, never did come up with a design plan. When asked Richard talked and talked but no plan.
Sprinklers are worse. Replaced 4 zone valves , which didnt need replacing. From then on 3 of the 4 didnt work. Instead of fixing the system, more talk but no action.
Richard talk and talks but does not like to be called to task. If you do require him to perform he gets quite angry. Recommend going elsewhere!
