We have utilized Beaufort Air Conditioning & Heating since 2011, upon choosing them to install a new complete HVAC unit (attic & outside). Their professionalism, punctuality, and expertise has always been top notch, experiencing no issues throughout the past decade of business with them. Most recently, we experienced a loss of AC function and were met with prompt assistance. Burts professionalism was beyond reproach, quickly diagnosing the failed capacitor and fan motor, which he was able to change the capacitor on-site and submitted a parts warranty replacement order for the fan motor.
