They were contracted through American Home Shield. The fan wasn't turning on our unit outside, and the house was overheating. They arrived within the window given, replaced the motor with the new one. There are some wires hanging out, but it does work; the house is cooling down. They told me not to worry about semi exposed the wires. They were nice to me and worked at a very fast pace.
