Absolutely the worst company you can work with. Once you sign the agreement and receive your earnest money you will see their true colors. As a Customer who worked with them my advice dont do it you will regret that

Excellant company to work with. Builder was with me every step of the way! My partner and I had many options and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. So happy I did not have to deal with the construction piece. Glad I found Andrew Johns at Wells Fargo! He went over tons of options, one of which allowed me to lock my rate for a long time at very low rate! I would recommend these professional people to anyone in the metro.

My wife and I were meeting with Jeff Robinson at the Overland Park Homes show and people kept coming up to us and telling us how great a builder JS Robinson construction was. It seemed too good to be true. Well, we decided to build a semi-custom home and can not believe how well built our home is. The build process was amazing. They have a great team from sales to design and construction. They warranty their work. We thought we would have to fight to get them to do what they said they would do, But it was anticlimactic, They were a dream. I will build our next house with JS Robinson. We are very
