Not only was it completed several days early, it was done on budget! We have built several of these around the United States in the last 24 months and have never had such a stellar experience. We are getting ready to build out another practice in MO and are not even getting our usual 3 bids which is something we have never done before.

In contrast to design-bid-build, design-build relies on a single point of responsibility contract and is used to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.

A ground up construction project is constructing a building completely from scratch - new walls, footings, foundations, etc., where no building existed before. Ground-up construction gives you unlimited flexibility and the opportunity to customize your building to meet the needs of your company in terms of work flow, capacity, and anything else that your company may need.
Offices

This was a project in conjunction with a shell contractor for a large 340,000 SQ FT distribution facility. CPS managed the build out of the office/mezzanine portion of the project which was approximately 16,000 sf. This office expansion was for our very own headquarters! With a fast growing team, we needed additional offices for our new staff, as well as to accommodate our field team when they join us for meetings and office functions.
