I received an estimate and Joe was very open to answering all my questions and provided me with some material about their merchandise. He also took the time to explain how house air conditioning functioned which was helpful to assist me in making a decision about what type I will need. The product is excellent and at a good price. Technician did an great job and cleaned up when they were through. They informed me of the products function and maintainance required.".
