Best customer service hands down. I was in need of a boiler in the middle of winter and Trudi and her husband couldnt of been easier to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable about not only the wood boiler I was looking at, but also all the possible ways of plumbing it in my existing system. They came out that same week to install and stayed until the boiler was operational. They even helped with some modifications I needed to do in my house. They stayed until past 10pm! This company is top notch, Trudi works hard at keeping her customers happy and providing them with exceptional customer service. Research the different models before you make a decision, Trudi is also very helpful. Make sure you choose the right one for your needs, I spent countless hours researching and talking with other central boiler owners. The fire box design, and the thermopex help make these the most efficient/best wood boilers on the market. I purchased one of the 6048 classics and couldnt be happier. Make sure you buy the central boiler thermopex piping, it cost more but will save
