Precision was great at first. They were always responsive and quickly replaced the air handler and condenser of my heat pump. The air conditioner initially worked very well and had no issues. They continued to tell me that the heat would not work and the thermostat needed to be reprogramed to get the heat to work to "energize the B terminal." Precision came out, took a look, and then wanted me to have my home automation company come out to reprogram the thermostat. So I spent another $50 for a service call to get this done and it STILL didn't work after a reprogram. I called Precision to tell

My AC stopped working and I called Precision. They sent Larry out first thing in the morning. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and explained it to us. Larry is great - low key, courteous, experienced and credible. Very helpful with advice and options - no hype or hard sell. Just the facts. The fix was done and reasonably priced. Precisions responsiveness and dispatch process is first class. I will definitely use them again!
