Dale answered my call late in the evening and still managed to squeeze me in even though he had a full schedule today. He fixed the issue without trying to sell me things I didnt need and was very fair with his price. Not to mention the dude is the nicest guy in the world. I will be calling him twice per year to service my AC unit and I think anyone reading this should too. Awesome experience all around and I cant recommend Brights Heating and Air enough.

Second time to use this company. New thermostat last time a couple of years ago. This time he serviced unit to get be cool until parts arrived to put in the new unit. So grateful!!!
