The plumber Walter Dixon is such a gentleman. He was quick to his work very professional. He calls back right away. We never waited long for Walter to respond back 2 us. He called us to inform his DET. He is honest, and respectful. He loves our dogs

Frigid January day & my furnace wont respond to temp it was set at. Called Rochester P&H & within a few hours their techs arrived & fixed the problem. They were professional, answered questions & also nice. Also want to mention their phone receptionist was also friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I would definitely call them again.

Very impolite person over the phone. They pick up the phone without introducing (its a company, I was expecting a professional phone pick up...) I have been asked my name to hear I never heard about you or your heater.... well, this is why maybe I am calling you... ??? Very very rude and non professional phone conversation with this company. I cant tell about their service but hope its not the same...

We just had Wally out to replace our backflow preventer and had a very good experience. He was very knowledgeable, got right to work but took his time, and was really sweet to my sons who were very curious about what he was doing. :-) And he did go and get a mask when he had to come into the house which I really appreciate! This is our second experience with this company and we're glad to have a reliable plumbing service.

I had a water line repair done in August and the crew was professional and the price was very reasonable. Quality work was done to soder pipes and install valves. They were done quickly and did clean up.

We had Rochester Plumbing and Heating and Cooling out today to hook up our A/C system, Dave arrived at our home when he said he would, he was very professional, friendly and proficient at the job. I just called and was met by a very rude and seemingly uncaring or annoyed receptionist. I am sorry if my business and wanting to give you my money bothers you? She basically told me 15 people are ahead of you and it won't be until after next week, which is fine. I am not in a hurry, but that was it. It was just awkward silence after that. I have a background in customer service and dealing with people like this probably bothers me more than some others perhaps. You don't just brush off potential clients. You make sure they know they might have to wait, but you would love for them to make an appointment
