Hired this company to water jet his main drain as drain was backing up due to tree roots. They jetted all debris to main sewer drain, not clearing out debris fully. Wrote an estimate for a sewer dig claiming my main sewer is collapsed. My daughters fianc is a licensed plumber, but does not perform service jobs....why he didn't perform water jet. He came by and put a camera in main drain. Revealed they did not clear all debris and that the main drain was NOT collapsed. Quoted me $16,000 to do a job that was not needed, lied about issue to get job. Real issue ended up being need for backflave

Terrible service - provided time slot for service, did not show up and did not call. I called back and 30 minutes later the tech called to say he would be on his way and arrive in 15 minutes. One hour later I called again to ask if the tech was still coming, he said it would be another hour. So essentially they didn't show up on time, lied about being en route, and I told them not to bother. Incredibly unprofessional, would not recommend.

What a joke. Paid them $275 to snake out my floor drain. Said everything was good and wouldn't need to be done for a few years. One month later and I still have water coming up from my floor drains. Called and asked if they would come and fix the problem. They told me I needed to pay again and that it might not work again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Dont waste your money with them. Worst customer service ever

Tyler was quick to arrive on a Saturday evening when there was a major clog in my main drain. I had lots of water in my basement and he explained clearly what happened and how he was going to fix it. He was efficient and professional. I'd definitely recommend Drain Detectives.

Do not use this company. They will rip you off. They came out because we had some water backing up from a drain in the basement. First they snaked it, then said there was a crack in the drain, then said the concrete had to be broken up, then said there was sludge in the drain and a water bottle in there, which is impossible. Anyway, ended up charging us $3700 for 3 hours of work! We were really naive and trusted the guy. We should have stopped him but the way they kept the ruse going we didint know we were being scammed until it was all over. Shameful to take of advantage of anyone, least of

DONT USE THEM. Had a leak. Came on a sunday to take a look said they would be back the next day. Never showed and didnt answer calls. Waited 7 days for them to come back only to not show up. Then when they finally did they tell us there was too much water under the house and. Couldnt be fixed. Would have to pay more to drain it. They made our situation worse and wouldnt rectify it. Terrible company and terrible service.
