For years I have used their services for repairs and equip replacement, but mostly in the summer when a drain would clog. I was charged an hourly rate of $75/hr and now increased to $85/hr, plus a diagnosis charge of $59.95, in addition to parts. Earlier this summer I called for a blocked drain when a unit wasn't running, my employees always log in and out any service people and he was there as normal for about one half hour. The exact same description of work was on this bill as the others in past years, but this time it was called preventative maintenance at $100 per HVAC unit for a total of
