Needed two windows replaced. After cancelling the first meeting 30 minutes beforehand, I reached out to reschedule. When the person showed up, he was helpful during the meeting, and promised to follow up in 2 weeks with an estimate. Its been a month since the late November meeting. Never heard from him or the company again. I moved on.

The most unprofessional window company ever. We wanted to set up a meeting for windows replacement for one of our clients who hired us to handle the entire project after storm damage. The representative who answered the call was very ignorant and did not want to provide the estimate due to the fact we are not homeowners. I explained to her multiple times that the homeowner will be there and will sign any necessary paperwork but we were ask to look for a different company.
