I put in a call to have some furniture in my house moved. The customer service representative was eating lunch while talking to me on the phone and then transferred me to a person who was not in the office, so my call went to voicemail. Further, when I called back directly after no one at O'Malley answered. Overall a very unprofessional and aggravating experience. I do not understand how this customer service representative only had one job and, somehow, could not even do that. Literally, one job.

I needed to have some have some cast iron tubs moved up to my second floor. They were around 500lbs each and really awkward and to carry. Not many moving companies offer this kind of service, but OMalley happily took the job and did it for a reasonable price. They sent 5 or 6 guys for good measure, and finished the job in 30 minutes. Id definitely hire this company again in the future.
