I thought they did a good job until I couldnt find my jewelry box the next day. I called Marc, the owner, and he yelled at me. He said he asked the movers and no one saw my jewelry box. I find that extremely hard to believe as it was sitting on my dresser in my bedroom. Its my fault for leaving it out, but the day was so hectic and I was focused on the move. All four guys were nice and Im not saying anyone stole it; it is missing however, and I would appreciate if someone can check the back of the truck. The guy in charge of the move told me to check the truck when they finished but he

Great Experience! This was my first time needing movers. I called 5 different companies and Superior was the most organized and professional of them all. Joe and his crew were awesome. My move was somewhat difficult due to the narrow staircase but they made it look so easy even with all the large furniture I had. They even came with supplies to help protect furniture I did not think ahead on. I would recommend this crew to anyone!

I was recommended this company for moving but never even got to successfully schedule the move. First I was told that the date I was quoted for was no longer available and they didn't have any other dates that worked, ok fine. I immediately got a call back from someone else at the company saying they can make my original date work and that I would receive a confirmation email. Email never comes. I called the next day to confirm and was told nothing is scheduled but I would receive a call later in the day to sort this out. I also tentatively scheduled a move for a backup date in case my original

They were affordable, which is great, but now I have a broken bed that was only a year old. They apparently did not put it back together right and we did not realize until a few weeks later when it fell apart on us. We have no idea what they did with the screws and parts for the bed. I called and spoke to the manager and since it had been a few weeks, he said he could not offer me anything. Would not use again or recommend to anyone at this point.

Just moved a few days ago. Joe and his crew (Steve & Andrew) were outstanding. They were on time, worked hard throughout the day, and were constantly on the move. They were professional, they were friendly, and they made for a great moving experience. Moving can be stressful (and it definitely was), but these guys made the experience as good as moving can be and I would definitely recommend Superior Moving to anyone else looking for a great moving experience.
