Don't believe the rebate! We wrote a check for the amount they quoted. They came back the next day to explain the new thermostat and they told us we owed another $1200, but we'd get it back in a rebate cash card. So we wrote an additional check, and six weeks later we get a Visa cash card for $1100, not $1200. That was approximately 2 months ago, we've called four times and they promise to send a check but to date NOTHING. So if you're thinking the rebate sounds like a great deal... you gotta work for it.
