They showed up on time, were pleasant and courteous, and took great care to keep disruption to a minimum. They wore masks and shoe covers, and did a very thorough cleaning job on an area rug, dining room chairs, and two sets of stairs. They extracted cat hair out of that rug that I didn't even know existed despite my frequent use of a Miele vaccuum cleaner! Everything looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jose and his wife, Ana, came out today and did a fabulous job in my home. They cleaned all upstairs bedrooms and living room/dining room, plus 2 sets of stairs. Jose was able to get out stains that were very old and the carpets look brand new! I was so thrilled with their work. They take care of your home, putting down cloths at hardwood entry and wearing slippers over their shoes. They offered a fair price, were great at communicating and arrived on time. I highly

We had a mini flood in the basement that seeped under the wainscoting into the downstairs living room and we were SCREWED. My fianc found J&A and they were able to come out next day. The gentleman who came to check out the damage was punctual, communicative, and came to check on the water damage multiple times during the week. He got our carpets dry, and even the foundation underneath. He also checked to make sure that there was no moisture behind the basement walls! He was thorough, left us with all of the equipment we needed to keep the area dry and clean, even steaming the carpets on the
