They did a fantastic job! I contacted them on very short notice and they were able to schedule a move-out clean for me within two days. Everything was super clean and their attention to detail was obvious. I would book them again in the future.

We hired platinum maids for a move out service and they did a terrible job. I would recommend going with someone else. Our apartment was about 700 sq ft and for nearly $200 all they did was vacuum and clean the fridge. All of the cabinets, closets, drawers, and laundry area hadnt been touched. They left a big stain on the stove top indicating lazy work. Every surface still needed to be dusted. We are very disappointed with the service and ended up having to spend another hour cleaning after them. Think twice before hiring.

The cleaning ladies did not do a thorough job cleaning the floors, after 2 visits, the same spot was still there. I told them that I wanted to cancel the service because I was unhappy so they offered me one more for free to fix the issue and those spots were STILL there. They also weren't very timely. I asked for them to come before 11 or after 1 and they gave me a time slot of 11-11:45, then I left when they didn't show up and I sent them an email saying I had to leave because I had lunch plans and they said they were only 20 minutes late, I cannot except them to come exactly by 11:45

For the past 3 years this company has taken such good care of us and our home. Their attention to detail and consistently high quality service is greatly appreciated every single time I come home to a clean house. AND they charge less than a national service we used at our previous home!
