Working with Perry was a disaster. Dominique and Kelley let us know of delays at the last minute, and would only lets us know of our moved closing date after we reached out. They got the sale so they could have cared less. It was also great walking through the house mid construction and finding beer bottles everywhere. Eventually their attitudes lead to us walk I hung away from the house. Based on their lever of communication skills, if anything would have went wrong after moving in clearly the company would not care... avoid at all costs.

Stay away if you want a builder that stands behind their word and work. In March of 2021, I signed a contract with Perry Homes for a new home. The origional estimated completion was September 2021, given the pandemic and my experience, I estimated October 2021, maybe November 2021, but I immediately selected and paid the required 50% for all of my options. I received an email on October 28th that the home demonstration was scheduled for Tuesday, November 23, 2021 and a closing on Monday, November 29, 2021. The email indicated that I would not be allowed to make any changes to any of the options

I am going out of my way to post this negative review about Perry homes. My home is gorgeous and I love it very much, however I will NEVER buy a new home with Perry again. Dealing with them on repairs and through their warranty department is a living nightmare. There is no reasoning with them whatsoever. We have had problems with our roof, the colors we picked out for our cabinets, our side yard drainage, our plumbing, electrical, etc. the plumbing is the latest issue and it cause a leak in my kitchen onto my hardwood floors. Stay away, BIG SCAM and CHEATER

My humble request is never ever buy PERRY HOMES. Its a complete wastage of your hard-earned money. I promise that you will end up in paying constantly unbelievable money to get your home repaired. Low quality material and work all over my home. To my utter dismay, now I see that nowhere they installed the drip edge under the shingles and back of gutters of my 800K home that resulted rottened wood all sides. My review is solely based on the fact that the manager Grant Greenblum here is racist. I am in a Facebook group where I screenshot the manager here comment on a post of hispanics "keep them in there, it was nice and cool today" referring to a post about Hispanic immigrants. He deleted it 2 minutes after he posted, I have screen record with his Facebook, company name and full name so he can't say he never did post that. If you're gunna be a keyboard warrior man up and don't delete you post buddy. I hope daddy is the owner because I really hope you do get fired. POS
