We purchased our house newly built in 2018. At just 3 years old, we are having foundation issues. The builder refused to fix the issues. So I called The Roc. They came out and checked out my entire house. Instead of trying to sell us on getting the foundation repaired, they helped us get an engineer to inspect the house and provide a second opinion. From the jump, their main concern was that our home was structurally safe for my family. That really stood out to us! Jay from Roc Foundation came and gave us a great estimate, explained the procedure and educated us about our Foundation issues. He came back a few days later with his crew finished the job without any issues. The company was punctual and cleaned up very nicely.

We are both grateful and amazed. Grateful because we needed to work the foundation repair into a huge construction schedule (due to extensive fire damage) and Jay was able to rearrange his busy schedule to accommodate us. We are amazed at how he and his crew were concerned with making sure we were informed of every stage of the work and at a very reasonable price. They even did some extra work on our paver patio and a tree branch that was in the way. We would highly recommend The Roc Foundation Repair to anyone needing their foundation fixed. On occasion I have left a review, but I highly recommend The Roc Foundation Repair as they have done an awesome job.
Heres the reason why I hired Jay. The Roc Foundation Repair was the first company I called. Jay came out and walked me through the process as to what to expect. He didnt give me a sales pitch which I liked. Other companies that I called afterwards did and that was a turnoff. Before Jay left he told me that if I had any questions I could call him anytime even if I didnt hire him. I did call him 2 times before I made up my mind to hire him. The crew was on time and
