We called Mike for estimate for Sunroom and Patio, discussion on day one started him requesting me asking for sending email that I understand that it will cost $125. I am fine with paying because this is 50-60k worth of project but him asking for confirmation was bit strange. Also, no one in Charlotte area ask for money for estimates.
Mike and his designer came to my house and listened to all our requirements. Paid him $125 same day. Fast forward 4 weeks and still no estimate so I called. He said he will get back tomorrow and he didnt. I called again and he sent me email. Surprisingly it did

Mike and his team did a great job on the repairs of my home. Was there when he said he was going to be there, and did not have any problems with communication. They would check in with me almost everyday to make sure I was in the loop about what was happening during the repair process. We are vary pleased with the outcome of the repair and highly recommend Adependable for any remodels, additions or repairs.

I am so happy that A Dependable installed new gutters on my home a couple of week's ago, especially with all the rain that we have had and expecting over the next few days. It used to look and sound like a waterfall was onto my deck from the old ones - loud and water splashing on my windows. Now I hardly know its raining. Very glad that Mike recommended the larger gutters and the covers. Installation went very well and they did a great job of cleanup. Highly recommend.
