Scott Garner and his crew did an amazing job on my heater install. We were having a new gas line installed and needed Garner Bros to install a new heater. They did such a great job. They bent over backwards to make it out on a specific day--the day the gas company was out to install the line. Their customer service was great and kept me in the loop the whole time. They came out when they said they were gonna come out and banged out the work. There was a slight issue with the expansion tank and they came out right away and fixed the issue. The people in the office were also great checking in and

'Great experience with staff at Garner Bros. (Nancy, Glen and *Jeff.*) They had quick response in returning our calls for help, and got to our heater to provide service very quickly on that same day(s). Our heater malfunctioned, and Jeff was persistent in diagnosing and repairing it. I haven't received the bill yet, but assume the charge from this reputable company, will be fair. I highly recommend Garner Bros Heating and A/C to all who need heater maintenance or repair!

Very pleased with everyone at Garner Brothers. Scott Garner came out and provided an estimate to update our existing AC system. Scott was very knowledgeable, courteous and didn't try to upsell us to a system that we didn't need. He was the only contractor who followed up his estimate with an information packet with details on the system he quoted. I was leaning towards a Bryant system and was pleased that Scott's quote was very competitive with other brands that I was quoted. The technicians arrived on time, were all pleasant and were careful with our home while performing the installation.
