My central air wasn't working. I called Whiting Services (after reading tons of reviews on many local companies and deciding to give Whiting Services a try). Justin was able to come out later the same day. Responsive. Respectful. Fair with pricing. Knowledgeable. Patient in answering all my questions. Turns out mice had nested and chewed through some wires in the outside unit and I also needed freon added (we'll look more at that issue in the spring when I'm ready). Justin sealed up the hole in the motor compartment so that mice don't nest there in the future and my house is

Our AC broke down in the heat of summer. We called in the evening, they showed up the next morning. Justin, the person who did the repair, was on time, clearly communicated the work he was doing, didn't try to upsell us, and within 30 minutes the AC was running again. I highly recommend this business.

I'd rate this Company 10 STARS if I could. Justin Jarrett and Whiting Services Heating and Air could not be a better choice for HVAC services of any kind. Professional and knowledgeable above all, friendly, courteous, responsive and great value for my money as well. There is no category I wouldn't award them the highest grade possible.

Our oil furnace went down on a cold weekend. Justin was prompt and very efficient. He explained everything to me in laymens terms and did an outstanding job. Those thieves at another company I wont say their name (rhymes with Verizon, starts with an H) wanted to charge us over 3 times what Whiting did the job for, and much quicker. We are so grateful that there are honest, trustworthy and quality driven people like Justin out there. Dont hesitate to call the pros at Whiting!!
