Testimonials
I am so happy with my newly remodeled house and am amazed by the transformation of my original down slope property to an impressive spacious residence. I can now entertain family and friends comfortably on my new deck, and my new bright kitchen is now a great place for the whole family. The workmanship was done to a very high standard with minimal inconvenience.

Additions
Adding more space to your home can dramatically improve the quality of your home life as well as substantially increase the market value of the property. A new addition can facilitate that dream kitchen, that extra living room, that much needed new bedroom or bathroom. It can transform a standard home into a spacious one that captures a new view of the California landscape or coastline.
Kitchens
The kitchen is the central focus of most homes; a place where food is prepared and shared with family or friends. Many of our past clients have approached us for help with kitchens that are too small, dark, or badly laid-out, and we have transformed them into a part of their home where they can enjoy spending time.
Bathrooms
Daly Construction has extensive experience in remodeling existing bathrooms as well as creating entirely new bathrooms with state of the art fittings and fixtures. In recent years the bathroom has become more relevant to the homeowner as most homes have at least two, and clients want a quality hygienic project that is eco-friendly, appealing and functional.
Carports
At Daly Construction, we have built carports and parking decks in a variety of styles, throughout Marin County. Many properties in Marin require a safe and secure solution to parking issues because of narrow streets and limited access, as well as down-slope lots typical of the local terrain.
