Andrew did a complete kitchen remodel. One wall had a pocket door which had to be removed and the wall rebuilt in order to support new cabinets. He seamlessly co-ordinated replacement of floor, painting, electrical and plumbing with those contractors. He was meticulously in his work and in keeping work areas neat and contained in order to prevent dust from escaping. Work was a few years ago and the kitchen still looks great.

I recommend, without hesitation, Andrew Gilchrist, and his firm, Andrew Mark Construction, to anyone considering a medium, large, or very large home renovation in and around San Francisco.
Ive come to understand that there are two types of renovations: Renovate-to-Flip and Renovate-to-Live-in. Andrew is not interested in Renovate-to-Flip jobs. He cares too much about quality and is too good at what he does to waste it on those who are not going to enjoy the benefits of his quality workmanship.
Andrew knows what hes doing and hes good at it. Hes been doing it since he was old enough
