6 months!! Signed with them on May 15th and been an absolute NIGHTMARE working with this office. The Backyard Oasis subcontractors are sloppy, leave trash for weeks, destroyed our sprinklers, neighbors drainage and our fencing that was less than a year old looks 20 years now. Run from this contractor, they do not manage timelines, projects or damage caused. We had a change in project managers because NOBODY was ever here. Every project had a 3-4 week gap in between the next step. Which is why, we are now at month 6! Summer came and went with a giant hole and mud everywhere. After weeks of begging
