Fantastic company!!! So glad they are nearby. Working with Leslie, Naser, and team has been a absolute pleasure. MODERN has installed floors, closed in an open office with sheetrocking & door framing, replaced fireplace tile, and will be performing interior painting. They have competitive prices but 1st-in-class customer service!!! They have never had a problem coming earlycoming latecoming on a Saturday, to get the job done. You are welcome to get my contact info from them as a reference. You will be quite pleased.

For my first experience with a commercial remodeler - I am so pleased. I chose them because they are a family owned and operated. They were right on target with competitive bids so not the highest or lowest. The difference is in the customer service. they did what they said they would. i had a crew there every day from start to finish. all professional and personable. as expected, some minor rework to which they have been very responsive in resolving. The quality of the finished work appears to be excellent. I expect nothing less for years to come. I will be coming back to them very soon for more

Leslie was very welcoming and steered me in the right direction with help picking out tile and cabinents for master bath tub to shower transformation. I did get 3 other estimates before going with Modern Design as they seemed the most knowledgeable and organized. The project manager, Mr. Nasar took over and was at my house everyday inspecting the work and would let me know when the differnt workman would show up. Christian, the tile guy, was always
