Exterior Painting
Protect and beautify your property's exterior with our comprehensive painting solutions. We address weather damage, apply rust-inhibitive primers where needed, and use UV-resistant coatings to withstand Texas sun. Our work enhances first impressions while extending the lifespan of your building's exterior surfaces through proper preparation and premium materials.
Metal Roof Painting
Extend the life of metal roofs through specialized painting services using industrial-grade coatings. Our process includes power washing, rust treatment, and application of reflective acrylic coatings that reduce energy costs. This service prevents corrosion and maintains structural integrity for commercial and agricultural buildings in Houston's climate.
Power Washing
Prepare surfaces for painting through professional power washing that removes mold, mildew, and contaminants. We use commercial equipment to clean exteriors at appropriate pressure levels, ensuring proper paint adhesion while protecting underlying materials from damage during the preparation process.
Commercial Painting
Enhance business properties with durable commercial painting services tailored to operational needs. We work after-hours when possible, use low-VOC paints for indoor air quality, and follow strict timelines to minimize disruption. Using John McDonald for my interior painting needs was a great decision. I had a large room with a 20ft ceiling and painted paneling and John McDonald Painting handled the job wonderfully. I'll be calling John for any painting needs I have in the future.

John McDonald Painting did a fantastic job with my painting job. Both John Senior and John Junior were pleasant to deal with they were on time responsive and kept the area clean at all times. Best decision I made in choosing their company for my painting requirements.

If you want an HONEST and High Quality Standards Painter, you need to hire John McDonald! After several bids from various painters (where we got dirt bottom cheap to outrageously and ridiculously high estimates, when I met John, I knew right away that he was the painter we wanted to do our house. His extremely warm personality exudes when you talk to him and tell him what you want done to the house.
He does give you his opinion, in telling you the various paints and the potential outcome if you use a certain paint vs another. He will constantly say, we don't "use cheap paint" because the quality
