Tree Removal
Tree removal becomes necessary due to disease, storm damage, or structural risks. Our certified arborists assess each tree's condition to determine if removal is the safest, most cost-effective solution. Using cranes and technical climbing skills, we ensure safe, efficient removal with minimal property disruption while adhering to ANSI A300 standards.
Stump Grinding
Stump grinding eliminates hazardous or unsightly remnants after tree removal. Our specialized equipment grinds stumps below ground level, preventing tripping hazards and pest infestations. This service prepares landscapes for replanting or aesthetic improvements while maintaining root system integrity during the process.
Emergency Tree Removal
24/7 emergency tree removal addresses storm-damaged or fallen trees posing immediate risks. With two cranes available, we handle urgent situations safely and efficiently. Our team prioritizes property protection and rapid response to minimize damage and restore safety during critical times.
Tree Trimming
Professional tree trimming enhances structural integrity and health while reducing storm damage risks. Our arborists use precision pruning techniques to improve canopy structure, remove deadwood, and promote healthy growth patterns aligned with each tree's biological needs and environmental conditions.
Pest & Disease Control
Our pest and disease control services identify and treat infestations using Arborjet technology for targeted chemical delivery. Regular inspections and integrated management strategies protect tree health while minimizing environmental impact through precise, science-based interventions.

Extremely happy with the value and quality of service. I have a 50 yr old Pecan Tree that needs expert TLC. Other services have done so much damage it was heartbreaking and costly. Leatherface knew exactly what needed to be done to salvage the damage at an affordable price.

My wife and I bought a house last year that has a massive Live Oak tree in the front. After searching through Google reviews, we decided on Leatherface because of his excellent reviews and we specifically wanted an arborist. Richard and Poncho came early this morning to trim our tree. We have metal shingles, so you cant really walk on it. Richard made sure to not walk on our roof, even though there were many branches to be trimmed over it. We could definitely tell that Richard truly loves what he does and its obvious by the great work that he provides! We look forward to working with Richard

Leatherface Tree Service trimmed a very large oak in our front yard and did an excellent job. Richard is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he would do and why and answered all our questions. He educated us on what we needed as well as explaining why, at this time, we did not need other services he offered. His honesty and professionalism stands out. I highly recommend Richard and Leatherface Tree Service.

Wow when you talk about Service you get it ALL with Richard and his crew. Nothing beats an owner that cares about his customers and trees. Hard working, on time, professional. They removed a large tree and did not damage the delicate landscape underneath . They took all the limbs and stumps and cleaned the yard. And a very good price. 5 stars!!
