Great company, super responsive, fair and upfront pricing. They installed a tankless water heater for us, did all the plumbing in our new kitchen and put in a new gas line outside. Finished everything ahead of schedule and lets the job sites clean. They always answer or return calls right away. I would highly recommend!

I had a problem with a Rinnai tankless water heater. Jesse, an employee of Brighthouse, was able to come over quickly out of their normal service area and troubleshoot my issue. It was determined that I needed a new heater and he really got after getting me a replacement within days. He negotiated with Rinnai so I did not pay as much as a full replacement. He was always professional, kind, and as informative as I desired.
