Queen City Kitchens fabricated my counters and backsplash. We chose to use the same quartz for both. Teri, Donny and Raphael were amazing to work with. Donny is a master at making the patterns flow seamlessly and solved a major issue that could have prevented us from getting the dishwasher open. He was great to work with and always in good spirits. They were on time for appointments and delivered the counters and back splash ahead of schedule. I was very lucky to work with such a talented team and wholly recommend them for your next kitchen renovation.

We could not be happier with everyone at Queen City Kitchen and Bath, and the results of our kitchen remodel and new bathroom vanities. From the onset in meeting Angela to working with Dan, Jake, and the entire crew we were so impressed by the competence and friendliness of everyone. QC Kitchens are extremely helpful and timely on the installation of our new granite countertops. Donnie and crew were amazing from design to install, true master craftsmen..they aspire to give you the best service and they definitely cared.My kitchen was kept clean while doing the install as well

What a joke. Terri Schultz is the most incompetent representative. On top of that... Jessie "The Manager" is extremely rude and hung up on me when I tried to get help. To begin, I went out to pick a remnant for a shower curb and fireplace. I worked seamlessly with Donnie who helped me pick out a piece and measure it. How helpful! Then he sends me to Terri to price it... Terri can't do her job. She wastes my morning (took off work for this) to tell me she can't take my business because they can't install what I need. I explain I don't need them to install it. She says

Went into showroom was never greeted. I had to go seek someone out. Found them very rude and overpriced. Read reviews on multiple platforms and decided they did not earn my business. Rather appalling experience.
