D&R Construction is your go-to construction company in Cambridge, MA and surrounding areas. The company was founded back in 2011 by two Wentworth Institute of Technology Students who excelled in both their Construction Management studies, and their field work. Both Owners started from the bottom of the industry, worked hard to climb their former company rankings, and ultimately into owning their very own construction company.

Eric first started in the Construction Industry at the age of 15. He landed his first job working for a General Contractor who worked within the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. At this time, Eric did not have any real construction trade skills. But what he did have was a work ethic and a love for carpentry that was recognized early on by his employer.
