Kaplan Construction managed a complicated renovation and addition at Boston Universitys Childrens Center through the COVID-19 pandemic with true professionalism and without impacting the schedule. It was a complete gut renovation. We are excited to provide our faculty and staff with first-rate childcare services adjacent to campus in our new Childrens Center, enabling us to recruit and retain high quality faculty and staff. Kaplan Construction conducted a $6 million construction project for Tremont on the Common. A new Lobby, Fitness Room, Resident Lounge, Pool Deck and 21 Residential Hallways. They did a great job communicating with us and our residents to ensure as little disruption to the normal rhythm of our community. Understanding that Tremont on the Common is home to 650 residents, Kaplans project team accommodated special requests. The attention and care that Kaplan put into this project allowed Miltons to remain open throughout construction but more importantly we were ready for the busiest shopping season of the year. As promised, our new additions were completed in time for Black Friday. And our new glass-fronted entryway serves as a wonderful showcase for Miltons clothing throughout the year, as the exciting retail developments continue to ramp up at Chestnut Hill Square.
