Allstate Moving and Storage has had my belongings for over a month with zero communication from the company. Every time I call they claim they are entitled to 'store' my belongings. First it was a month. Now they're claiming 30 business days not including holidays. Their 'customer service' is a complete joke. They don't offer any solutions or assistance, just 'I'm sorry ma'am' and explaining that's the way it is. I really hope I don't have to sue them to get my belongings!

Every effort was made to make the move as simple as possible. Excellent client service and advance notice. Men who are respectful when delivering items.

Everything went well on the day of my relocation, and everything was done correctly. They were always honest about any costs, and they did so ahead of time. The driver was also quite pleasant, and he arrived at his destination on time.

Don't use this company. WORST moving company we have ever used. Not the cheapest, but the worst. First, they spoke Russian which made communication difficult. If you call the company they will not respond but leave you on hold. Such little communication we were concerned our goods had been stolen (it has happened to us before). Then we get a notice of delivery less than 2 hours before. Our development is so new it's not on Google maps yet. I texted him detailed instruction, which he couldn't understand because of the language barrier. My husband had to drive to meet him to lead him
