The staff here is disrespectful to customers and their property. Some of the installers refused to wear protective masks even when I asked them to. First of all, this is disrespect for my health. If not for that, I would have given three stars for quality.

The new gutters were fixed poorly. Some of them fell off. It was rather alarming, but the next day a team of installers arrived and fixed the problem. Three months later, leaks began to appear in my roof, but this time this company was in no hurry to repair it.

I have quite a lot of experience working with construction companies and have seen different cases in my life. But my experience with this company crossed the line. The final price was higher than we agreed. The quality of the work disappointed me. The installers used cheaper materials than we agreed. In a word, I'm disappointed.

I thought they have done a not bad job, but now I CONSTANTLY have problems with the plumbing. Constant leaks and blockages made me tired. They say I'm just using it wrong, but that's not true. I believe that I have the right to a decent repair or compensation for the money I paid.

They were constantly late and finished work two weeks later than promised. This ruined some of my plans. If they had initially said the fair installation timing, I could have avoided a lot of losses.
