Kitchen Associates displayed the most superb customer service from start of design ALL THE WAY THROUGH FINISH INSTALLATION and we didn't even have them install the cabinets. I can't say enough how thankful I am that we chose Kitchen Associates to redo our kitchen. You have lots of options when you're looking for cabinets. Online Stores, Big Box Stores, you may save a little money if you choose one of them but that will not matter when you start to do the work and find issues that WILL come up when you remodel. We had 1 measurement that was off by 1" and it would have thrown the entire top and

KA did my kitchen and bath 10 years ago. Working with Jay Sponenberg was a smooth and easy process. He has a huge showroom with lots of design ideas and hes super knowledgeable and helpful. In the years since the kitchen was installed, hes been so great helping me with slight tweaks here and there. I would rehire KA again anytime. In fact, I have referred Jay to many friends and family and theyve been very happy too. The only drawback is the showroom location is far away from my house, but in the end it was worth the drive.

I had been shopping for months for a contractor for my kitchen, until I met Rich Dupre at Kitchen Associates. he took the extensive design work that I had done, and immediately made it better, giving me features in the kitchen that others had told me were not possible. Rich is professional and responsive, and committed to the satisfaction and delight of his customers. The estimate was very competitive and represented excellent value for money. They also served as General Contractor on the installation, and did an excellent job. The craftsmen for worked on the job adhered to an extremely high standard
