The entire process ended up being... exhausting. After the initial rosy sales pitch and signing of the contract, things quickly changed and we had to deal with poor communication, constant delays with a lack of transparency, and added costs. The finished house is rife with poor craftsmanship and a lack of attention to detail. Quality control has been woefully lacking. With each passing day in our brand new custom build home, we find more and more examples of poor workmanship.

We started working with the team of Aspire Fine Homes in late December of 2018. From day 1, David and the team were easy and fun to work with. The guidelines given during the early process, helped us understand the timeline of building such a beautiful home.
