Our parents' home was flooded due to a broken pipe in the attic. Texas General Contractors were at their home within 2 hours from the time I called the insurance company. They did an awesome job during the drying process. When removing sheetrock, they cleaned the areas and carried away all trash. Since the equipment had to stay in the house for several days, someone came by daily to check the house. Even after the job was completed, Alex called me to check on my parents and the progress of the renovation. I would highly recommend this company if you ever need a someone for water mitigation.

I worked with Tim from TGC originally on the scope of work and estimate for my facility and he was very responsive and laid it all out in a no BS way. He made me feel comfortable with the process showing me how it was done. I worked with Bryan throughout the work and he was very responsive either by call or text. There were many areas where he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. And was here daily to make sure progress was being made. We had a very tight deadline to meet and I was concerned that no one would be able to meet it but Bryan reassured me that they would have it
